  • WPL Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores)

This course is ideal for professionals seeking to develop their communication and conflict management strategies. It is especially beneficial for those who are directly responsibile for managing staff and operations or human resource professionals who often encounter situations where they play a key role in resolving conflicts and supporting leadership in maintaining a positive workplace culture.

You will learn to identify early signs of conflict, apply effective resolution strategies, manage workplace disputes in line with company policies, and take steps to prevent recrurring issues. This can enhance your communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

No prior work experience is needed. However, participants should have at least a NITEC certification. Otherwise, min. 2 years of work experience in any sector.

2-day classroom training (16 hours) with written assessment (short answer questions) and case study.

Up to 70% SkillsFuture subsidy for eligible participants. SkillsFuture Credits,UTAP, PSEA, SFEC, and Absentee Payroll support are also available depending on eligibility.
